SMALL GROUP CLASSES IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR HOME!

I am now offering small group fitness classes at private residences. If you have a large family room or other suitable area in your home (even a clean, spacious garage can work!) and would like to host a class on either a one-off or ongoing basis, I have a few different options available for you:

1. MOBILIZE & STRENGTHEN

Are you noticing more niggling aches and pains in your body these days? This is the class for you! We will be exploring and expanding our range of motion in our joints, with particular emphasis on back, hips, shoulders, hands and feet! You will also learn new movement patterns that will help promote the health of your joints and have your body feeling better all round. Suitable for all fitness levels.

2. BEGINNER HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

If you’ve been exercising at a moderate pace for at least 6 months and are looking for a way to crank up the intensity and burn more fat, this class may be just what you’re looking for. We will be using low impact body weight and resistance band moves to do a safe yet challenging workout.

3. BEGINNER BAND & BODY WEIGHT STRENGTH MOVES

For people who are new to strength training, an introduction to using resistance bands and body weight to get a safe and effective muscle-building workout.

4. CUSTOM CLASS

If you have a group that would like a custom class with a specific focus, let me know!

 

Classes are 75 minutes long and cost is $15/person. Minimum of 4 people per class, maximum of 8.

All participants will need to complete a PAR-Q exercise readiness questionnaire prior to their first class, as well as an exercise waiver. Please review the PAR-Q form HERE to ensure you will be cleared for physical activity (I will have copies available to fill out before class).
