I am committed to helping you achieve your health & fitness goals, and am pleased that I am able to offer the following resources to support you on your journey at no cost to you:

1. Facebook Live every Tuesday at 2 p.m. Eastern: I’m live on Facebook every Tuesday at 2 p.m. Eastern to discuss a different fitness-related topic. I post these videos publicly, so you don’t need to be “friends” with me on Facebook to join in. If you’re not able to make it live, the video will be available for replay here any time afterwards.

2. Women Wandering in the Woods: Nature is good for us, people (social connection) are good for us, and movement is good for us! We’ll combine all three for a rejuvenating hour together every 2nd Wednesday and 4th Saturday of the month from 10-11 a.m. We’ll meet at the entrance to the Ravine Road trail, just off Churchill Park in Westdale.
