COMMIT TO FIT $855
- Initial lifestyle assessment and fitness testing (90 min)
- Individualized, comprehensive weekly training program
- 12 personal training sessions (60 min each), 2 PER WEEK for 6 weeks
- One 30 minute and one 15 minute nutrition “laser session”
- Coaching on selecting and developing 1-3 daily habits to support your most urgent fitness goals
ULTIMATE SHAPE UP $1475
This option provides an increased intensity of support for 12 full weeks!
- Initial lifestyle assessment and fitness testing (90 min)
- 24 personal training sessions (60 min each), 2 PER WEEK for 12 weeks
- One 30 and three 15 minute nutrition “laser sessions”
- Coaching on selecting and developing 3-6 daily habits to support your most urgent fitness goals
- FREE BONUS: Personalized grocery store tour (60 min)
Above pricing is for training at my in-home studio. There is an additional cost if you would like training in your home (additional $10/session within Westdale; outside Westdale prices will vary depending on my current client locations/schedules)
UNLIMITED PERSONAL TRAINING $500/MONTH
If you would like to train with me 3 or more days per week, this is the option for you!
- Unlimited personal training sessions each month
- Ongoing coaching on nutrition and habit development to support your fitness goals
PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN
I believe *everyone* can benefit from working with a personal trainer, and I know that for some people the cost can be a barrier. For this reason, I have decided to open up two 60 minute time slots per week on a “pay what you can” basis.

- Cost per session to be mutually agreed upon after discussing your financial situation
- You will receive one 60 minute session per week for a minimum of 6 weeks
- You must commit to showing up for your sessions regularly and following through with your program guidelines
